Centenary Memorial, Friday 17th April 2015
Official opening of the Centenary Memorial, Friday 17th April 2015 to all Australians who suffered and died in all fields of conflict and peacekeeping. Opened by Mr Alan Harcourt President Redlands RSL, Mr Eric Shaw President NSAA (Qld) Redlands Branch, Dr Andrew Laming M. P. Bowman, and Karen Williams Mayor of Redland City Council.
The ANZAC Centenary Memorial, a new expanded memorial was unveiled on Saturday 25th April 2015.
A semi-circular concrete retaining wall, inscribed with names of all battles in which Australians have served,
built into the side of a small hill in the park, across the road from the the original cenotaph and Redland's Sub Branch Inc's, R.S.L. (Returned and Services League of Australia), as part of the 100th Anniversary of ANZAC.
